Boehringer Ingelheim BioXcellence™ works with an established Business Development and Key Account Management (BD & KAM) team in the major markets (Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific).

These representatives are the first point of contact for our customers. They take care of our customers' projects from early information exchange to the end of the project, and ensure smooth transfer to project management.

The business development and key account managers are responsible for a specific region and cover our entire service and technology offering, providing local access to the global expertise of Boehringer Ingelheim BioXcellence™. We are where you need us.

Once the manufacturing contract terms are defined, the project is smoothly transferred to the project management team which functions in several disciplines. This team includes members of the customer team to ensure optimal process transfer. The project manager, together with your key account manager, will keep you informed of the progression of your project and ensure delivery in line with your time and budget constraints.
